Fedex has a policy of lying to customers! - Federal Express FEDEX Fedex FedEx

We have ordered fedex supplies (boxes, pouches, bags, envelopes, etc.) a number of times online and every single time - EVERY TIME - we receive our orders WEEKS late and only after repeated requests by phone to follow up.

Last week I called to order 50 boxes. I was ASSURED I would have those boxes by today but when I checked online, the order did not show as shipped so I called. I was told by the rep that they had not gone out and they didn't know when they would arrive here.
