FedEx Overnight is not trustful

I had a very importmant document it needs receiving by the 2nd day. I asked the clerk and she said there is no problem. Unfortunately, it was delayed. It costed me to pay several thousands of dollar penalty. I should have tried post office. A big mistake ever made. I will never use FedEx.
