Overnight Document Arrived Late and Cost Thousands in Penalties

I had a very important document that needed to be received by the 2nd day. I asked the clerk, and she said there was no problem. Unfortunately, it was delayed. It cost me several thousand dollars in penalties. I should have tried the post office. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I will never use FedEx.
