Unprofessional: delayed delivery if you complain - fedex shipping

The FedEx Driver that delivers to my home drives right across my front lawn to deliver packages. I have asked him not to do this, and he continues. I complained to the company, and now my packages routinely spend three to four days at the local facility before they get delivered. I am no longer going to order from companies that use FedEx.
