Cancelling an Order 7531927279

Order 7531927279 I am very displeased with this company right now.
I placed this order at about 8:30am and was told it would not arrive for 2 weeks. An hour and a half after I placed the order, I needed to cancel it and called customer service. They told me that I could not cancel the order because it had already been packed to ship. Really? I'm not supposed to get it for 2 weeks but it's ready to ship same day??? LIARS. I was then told that I could return the item in store when I received it but may not even get a full refund. What kind of business are you running over there. I want to cancel this item.
