I placed an order with Toys R Us 6 days ago and was told that the item was in stock and ready to ship. I was given a date to expect the product that has now passed. I've called to inquire as to why the item hasn't shipped and was basically told that they'll ship it when they ship it. Don't worry. The end. Christmas is only a one week away. I hope I get the product before Christmas. Toys R Us really needs to improve its shipping process and its customer service process if they are to remain competitive. I won't shop here again. I shop online ALL the time from both large and small retailers. This is the worst experience I've had. All the other orders I placed on the same day provided tracking information within 1 day of my order and I've received them all. Meanwhile the ToysRUs order hasn't even left the warehouse.
