Ordered 4 nightlights... Received 4 nightlights of a different design... Emailed company-no reply. Called customer service-reply - quot;oh, the ones you ordered are out of stock"-ok, nowhere online did it say-out of stock when i ordered and i did not ask for a substitute. Mailed product back... Shopko refunded the product price and tax. But i am out for shipping & handling charges-total-$14.29. Called customer service again-for refund of shipping/handling charges... Rep says he will send the request to the corporate office & i will either receive a phone call or email notification within 72 hours. It has been 7 days!!! And no reply. Extremely dissatisfied with this company.
