Babies R Us customer service / return policy - Order 7531927279 Baby Monito

I placed an order and was told it would arrive 2 weeks later. 2 weeks, really!? So, I place the order and need to cancel 1.5 hours later because I found out she already had that item. I tried to cancel online and was directed to call. I called customer service and was told I could not cancel the order because it had already been packed to ship. SERIOUSLY? It wasn't supposed to even arrive for 2 weeks but it's already packed? LIARS. I made it very clear that I was unhappy and was basically told, oh well. So, when I asked what I should do, she said I would need to try to return in store but they may not give me a full refund!!! WTF. Or I can go through the hassle of shipping back and would eventually get my refund. The most disgraceful customer service experience I've ever had. An hour later now and I'm yet to see any email that my item has shipped... Liars. I will NEVER shop here again, nor will my friends or family. What a discgrace.
