HORRIBLE Customer Service

First, I have been trying to get a piece of wood on a playscape I ordered fixed through the warranty I purchased for over a year. Their customer service is so bad, that I have called 4 times to get a call back asking about a repair on items I don't even own. It's the most absurd thing I have ever heard. Second, there was a promotion saying free shipping on orders over $125. The website would not give me an option to pick up in store so I placed my order and it charged me $60 in shipping... Half the cost of my purchase. Hours later I went back on, and the ship to store option was back. Toys R' Us would not cancel my order, change the shipping option, or refund my shipping fee. It took 45 minutes after being transferred 7 times to be told this information. I have always had issues with their customer service which is why I rarely buy from Toys R' Us. Another reason to support small business; they actually CARE about their customers.
