The worst customer service EVER!

I ordered a imaginariam master art easel on December 1st for a Christmas present. I still haven't received it and every time I call Toys R Us I get a different response but it is impossible to find out the real status of my order. I e-mailed twice and got a auto response that they would contact me within 24 hours. It didn't happen. I called twice and was told the order was "processing" and they couldn't give me any information. I was told twice that they would call me back. It didn't happen. I called and was told the item had been pulled for shipping and they would update on line. It didn't happen. Then I was told they were "reshipping" however in the same phone call they told me it didn't ever ship. I finally told them to just cancel the order so I could shop for something else I was told it was too late because they were shipping. Then I was told a supervisor would call me. It didn't happen. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had with an on-line order and will never shop at Toys R Us again. They provide no help or support or even reliable information. I still don't know the real status of my order and Christmas is only 9 days away.
