I ordered the Garmin c550 GPS based on the on-site claim that site-to-store deliveries are ready for pick-up in 7-10 days. However, after placing the order, I was informed that it would take TWO TO THREE WEEKS to arrive. Since I will be out the country in that time frame, I called the website information number and asked what would happen if I couldn't pick my order up within two weeks. I was told that the store would ship it back. Since that was unacceptable, I asked to cancel the order. I was informed that they could not cancel the order.interesting that they can, contrary to the customer's wishes, return the item and credit my account, but they cannot, at the customer's request, cancel the order!
What a way to run a business!
