No delivery no call no info - LG Led 3D "55 TV, Stand and BluRay Player

I spent $2500 cash and maximum warranties on everything. Purchased my items on a Tuesday to be delivered on the weekend. Mind you I paid hundreds for delivery and building of the stand and total tv and DVD player hookup. I have also purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of previous items ie: all stainless steel fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and a washer and dryer and another 46 inch LG tv and stand all with warranties. I cooked all day the previous day of delivery and that day of my scheduled delivery to prepare for a big party for everyone to hang out and watch a 3D movie on my new tv. Food was wasted and party was cancelled thanks alot. I was fuming and can't even explain. We received a call very early that there was a problem with the delivery truck which was supposed to be here between 8-12pm and they would call us back. Did we get a call well no not all day so we had to start calling around for the status. The store employee said they didnt know anything and we knew more than them. That's real great communication with your delivery service. They told us to call the delivery guy which is their job first so anyways we did with no call back at all. So I cancelled my party called the store back and told them I wanted to come in to get my cash back so I could go purchase my items elsewhere. They told me they do that kind of cash which I gave them via check mailed in two weeks. The store was no help what so ever and knew nothing to even tell us. How about you find out and call me the customer back like customer service should be. They made my call five different numbers and do my own research. Well ends up my stuff will be five additional days which I am not holding my breath. Nothing was offered for my huge inconvenience and they have for sure lost a customer who spends lots of money there on all types of things. I will never return after this.
