Purchsed a panasonic 58 Tv, Blue Ray and stand on Black Friday night.
Told everything in stock. Highn pressure for the warranty and delivery/install service-169.00 to take old TV and assemble stand, hook up TV and Blue Ray. We declined. Told we could have it delivered that Sunday, expect an early call. 11am... No call. We called and told that the stand was not in stock! We then said to cancel entire sale-they countered with a free set up and delivery, we said OK. They were supposed to delivery Saturday Dec 4 but said they'd call 2 days prior to set up time. No call. We called this afternoon and were told the stand was 'being assembled in the store" and would be delivered-with the rest on Saturday. This did not sound right-we went to tore and sure enough the display stand was gone. They were going to bring in the display and pass it off as new. Manager embarrased. We cancelled entire order. Will try Best Buy.
