Poor customer service, failure to delivery all items purchased

I purchased a appliances and other items in 01/09 from the hhgregg in Montrose, Ohio. Delivery was scheduled 2:00 -5:00 P.M. The washer and dryer did not come with all parts. I contacted the store with concerns about the delivery and tried re-scheduling a new delivery date with consideration to my work schedule. Of course, hhgregg could care less, that, we the public work for a living and refuse to make any special arrangements, even when the mistake was theirs. If you purchase anything from this company, don't count on their promises, once they have your money, it's over. Needless to say, I must make arrangements to give up another weekend day for another delivery. There are other stores, with prices somewhat higher... But weight the idea of wasting a weekend for hhgregg convenience or saving a few dollars. My time is worth more then a few saved dollars.
