Sears full size mattress and boxspring - Sertapedic Full box

Purchased full size serta mattress and boxspring online, totaling 800.00 for delivery to my son in Virginia. The mattress arrived visibly damaged, and was replaced two weeks later. The boxspring broke in september and after several phone calls, emails, rude employees, wrong information, was replaced in october. It is now january and the boxspring is broken again! Emailed sears one week ago, and have only gotten a reply of, we will contact you soon. So for almost 1000.00, My son has the pleasure of sleeping on a broken bed, until Sears gets around to answering me. I have this purchase on my Sears financing, does that give me any additional protection? Can I with hold payment?
