We purchased 4 appliances through hhgregg. For the most part we were extremely satisfied. Of course it's one of these things where you think you know the cost then when they ring you up all these add-ons start piling on. Service plans, installation kits, surge protectors... Etc. Delivery was next day (on a Sunday) which was nice. I did suggest that the delivery guys bring stainless steel cleaner to leave the appliance nice and clean when they finish. They did leave lots of finger prints. We also had to go out and purchase additional parts to install our dishwasher... Frustrating we weren't informed at point of sale. We did have to exchange our microwave though since it had a ding in it but the store clerks were extremely helpful in getting this resolved. Also, delivery guys didn't deliver the extra surge protector and since we forgot to ask about it and had already signed the delivery company said it was delivered. Bogus... But the store itself made it right and we received it (for $40, I would have been quite ticked). All in all I was happy with hhgregg.
