My 6th Man, the installation and delivery service for Dick's Sporting Goods is an absolute joke. First off, after I paid for the installation and delivery at the store, I was told that the delivery service would call me within a few days. Two weeks later I decided to call them myself. They had no record that I even purchased the delivery service so that had to contact Dick's. Then after several days I called them back and they then had me in the system. One week later they scheduled the delivery and installation. It is now more than one week since they scheduled the delivery and they still have not completed the job. I have spent more than one hour on the phone with My 6th Man, and each time I call to check status, they don't even have my information or show a record that I paid for service. After several minutes of research, they somehow find my records. These guys are a total joke. I would never use them or recommend them. Dick's needs to find a better service. We will never go back to Dick's because of this experience.
