My husband lost his job 2 1/2 years ago and I became disable 6 mos before that. We were able to keep up our payments but 3 months ago we fell behind. We have been continually harrassed by Michele in collections. Her hard handed tactics forced me to make a autodraft from our account. I told her outright that it would not clear but she told me it had to be done or foreclosure would begin. She tried to debit from our account immediately and of course it was retured. My husband went back to work 3 weeks ago and we do not know what his weekly pay will be. She is now calling 2 or 3 times a day threatening foreclosure if we do not come up with three payments by the 30th of December. We can not. She says that the first letter has already gone out and the second will be sent today... We will be loosing our home and no one will listen or help.
