Will not take my payment - Financed mobile home

My problem is I got behind on my payments to Green Tree. I called up on the phone to try and bring my account current, I was told I could not make a payment, they were going to take my home. I was also informed that last months payment was in suspense. Like times are not hard enough, I am medically retired and my husband has kidney disease and is on dialysis, we have this life support in our home. I have been sending partial payments until I could get caught up. Today, I tried to pay the whole past due amount and Lisa O'Brien, my account manager would not take my payment, she said I was going to be served.! I don't know what to do, except send the payment and see what happens. This has me so upset, beware of Green Tree Servicing LLC.
