Harassing phone calls - Mortgage Loan

I don't know how or why Bank of America sold my mortgage to Green Tree. It seems they have never heard of a "grace period". Please stop calling me at work, on my cell and on my home phone. I have and will pay my mortgage. I will not make a deal with you over the phone and promise to pay when I know the money will not be available. Are the customer service reps at Green Tree paid based on how many mortgage payments they collect. Today I told the manager that I did not want to continue discussing with him anything because I was at work. His response was "so am I". Yeah but the difference was he was at work doing his job, I was at mine, not doing mine.
