I hope this company does not continue scamming people and I would like my $ returned

In March I approached a marketing organization on the web. They suggested to promote time-share qualities for that vendor. The organization was ExclusiveSales, 424 E. Central Blvd. Suite 350, Orlando FL 32801. They approached me. John Fletcher, Sales Government, advised me they might look for a customer within 30 to 60-days since the home is in Hilton Head, SC. I foolishly paid them $1,590 on my American Express card. I've never seen from ExecutiveSales again. The agreement (that we closed via fax). Mentioned the only means they'd remain in contact could be via e-mail. I named and remaining communications for John Fletcher and delivered e-mails to ExclusiveSales to no avail. I continued point to OnlineBusinessBureau.com to verify that ExclusiveSales was a trustworthy organization (which their Revenue Government had suggested I actually do). ExclusiveSales was listed as trustworthy. However nowadays exactly the same websight articles a caution that that ExclusiveSales includes a bad report.

I've been attempting to sell my time-share at Coral Sands, Hilton Check Out no avail since 2008 and lastly got a opportunity on ExecutiveSales. My husband died in therefore our situations together in Hilton Head were completed.
