Not Reliable!

Eight months ago we moved into our new house, and took over a water heater rental from Reliance Home Comfort. Then, a few months in, our water heater started leaking and they came for a service call. They came right away, and replaced the tank for 'free', but charged us $200 extra beyond the rental fee for a 2 inch pipe they had to replace (a pipe that they had installed to begin with)! We were very upset, but they refused to do anything about it. That is when we decided to start pricing out owning our own water heater. Less than 1 month later, we had issues with the new water heater breaking down again. We found out that we had been given a refurbished water heater. 2 more service calls & hidden fees later and we decided it was beyond time to get our own water heater! We were never on a contract with them, and we asked them what the total return fees were—they told us it was only an extra $40 if we returned it ourselves, more if they came to pick it up. We returned it ourselves and now have another $200 bill in the mail! They slapped us with even more 'hidden fees'! What a HORRIBLE company! I cannot say enough on how you should STAY AWAY from Reliance Home Comfort!!!
