They scammed me

I originally had a Direct Energy water heater and a Reliance rep came to my door and said they worked for the company that bills me for gas (Enbridge) and that my water heater was over 10 years old and was going to be replaced for free (paid by the province). What they didn't tell me was that they were going to take over from the other company, then charge me more monthly plus some random miscellaneous fees which I can't seem to figure out because I can't get someone on the phone to explain them. They told me my monthly water heater and gas charges would go DOWN but guess what? They went UPUPUP!

It's good that I'm only renting this house, because I am NEVER going to use Reliance again and I suggest none of you do!
