No Service!

We rent a water heater from this Company that also heats our house as we have a heating system that relies on hot water. The rental tank broke and it's been about 1 week now and still no service. I've made about 7 calls and men come to the house unprepared and with the wrong equipment. My husband needs open heart surgery and just got back from the hospital, and we haven't had hot water or heat for a week. No one at Reliance HOme Comfort cares. This company has the worst service I've ever experienced. It doesn't matter who you speak to. No-one seems to know what is happening. They don't communicate with each other. They are very pleasant on the phone, but nothing positive ever happens. I think the company is too large to provide decent service. Our storage room flooded because of this faulty water heater (which has been nothing but trouble since we got it), and several items were ruined. I have to have a new wood floor laid. I'm trying to find another company to get us a water heater today. It is winter. My husband shouldn't be dealing with this. I feel like suing if anything happens to my family.
