Home Depot fires The good Orange shirts and keeps the unhelpful ones

I usually shop at the Woodland Hills store in Los Angeles California. I have noticed there are two types of Employees, the ones wearing orange aprons and the ones wearing orange shirts. The orange shirts are not allways there but when they are, I head directly for the tool department and ask for james, dennis, or jerry. I do this because although the aprons (they are store employees) are helpful afew of the orange shirts know much more about product in detail. I learned this on my first encounter with this group when I needed to by a sturdy handdrill for my weekend projects james gave me the best advise I could get. That dewalt drill is still purring with all the abuse I give it. I guess I could go on and on about how jerry helped me assemble the parts for my daughters volleybal, or how dennis helped me match the correct knob for my kitchen cabnets. But that is not my complaint, I went in to the store this week and asked a young lady I found with an orange shirt on (I didn't get her name) over by the building brackets in hardware, and asked her where I could find Jerry and before she got a chance to answer this tall big balding guy (also wearing an orange shirt) suddenly stepped in front or the woman and said to me " Jerry doesn't work here thank god!" I asked him what happen and he told me that "jerry doesn't know anything and he complains to much" I really wanted to this loud mouth idiot that I have witnessed him just louging around but dennis was behind him and shook his head to ignoure him. I left without buying what I came for and I'm not sure about going back. I don't know what the reason was jerry doesn't work there, one of the guys who work by the big lumber door told me store rumior had it the he was let go because he filed a complaint against a manager, But what does home depot think its doing letting good people go and leaving managers like the bald one who is insulting to customers and clearly intimidates his workers.
