INC Nothing but lies, have been told several times we will ship your unit out, Never happened

Do not buy from this company I was promised a cooling unit for over a month now, they were paid right away but never delivered, finally when I could get hold of Jerry/James and get a UPS shipping number that was no good, Jerry told me he had to cancel the shipment because my cooling unit had to go to someone else, Like I believe that, then Jerry/James actually tried to blow me off again and told me he could ship me one in 2 weeks, like I believe that, NOT... When I stated I wanted a full refund Jerry/James stated he would not do a credit card reversal becausae he closed that merchant account, Ya right, and that Jerry/James would send me a check for the full amount on Friday, Like I believe that, Jerry / James told me that they did not want to do businness with my company because all I do is call and complain, They have 36 complaints filed with Arkanses BBB and an F rating... Do not do business with this company...
