Sears Home Services = Highway Robbery - Whirlpool Refrigerato

My refrigerator quit working and I called up Sears Home Services to come out and take a look at it. I thought Sears was still a reputable company... The technician explained the repair would cost approximately $320. I said go ahead and the technician completed the job in 20-25 minutes. My assumption was the majority of the cost was from the part that was replaced. After later examining my receipt, I noticed I was only charged $92.35 for the part and the labor charged was $203.70. Ridiculous!!! I called customer support to state my disapproval of being ripped off and was only offered a $30 gift card as a price adjustment. I will never use Sears Home Services again. Nor, do I recommend anyone else ever use this service in the future. Sears = bad
