Outrageous labor fees

A Sears "Technician" charged us $204.00 for less than an hour's worth of labor. The repair he performed was not a high or even medium degree of difficulty; he replaced an evaporator fan on a refrigerator. Sears will not give a customer (victim) and hourly rate prior to the technician's arrival. They charge by "codes", so you won't have any estimate at all until the technician is actually at your home. So if you don't agree, you've wasted another day and still have to pay a minium of $65.00. Furthermore, Sears outsources their call center to foreigners—these are jobs that should be held by Americans.
