LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE - Empire Today Flooring

I have lamimate flooring installed from this company a little over a week ago. My first impression with the sales rep was great... But OH BOY did he change once they got my money! The istallers broke a mini blind in my bedroom... First they lied and tried to tell me it was already broken... But the way they had rigged it to keep it from falling to the ground quickly disproved that statement! I called my rep back Zeke, the same guy who offered me his number 24-7 cause he wanted to ensure I was satisfied... He tells me to call the 800 number??? Huh? I just paid this company 7500 cash money... Strike 2... The imperfections in the installation were taken care of in about 3 days... But the Office of the President has to handle my complaint for a $30 mini blind replacement... Really? And today makes 1 week and I've called about 3 times and heard NOTHING... Never again!!! Run... Run... Run...
