Sears home service rip-off - kenmore refrigerato

From my little town of Mineola, Texas I am really mad at Sears Home Services and will never ever use Sears or purchase anything more from them ever again. I called the phone number inside my sears whirlpool refrigerator for repair when it went out. I was scheduled for the next day after 4pm. While waiting, I searched the internet and found a website that from what the refrig was doing that the start relay was gone. The part was $39. When Sears repairman arrived he came in and looked at frig that front and back already open for his inspection & I told him what part was gone. He went to his truck and got the part and plugged it in and wrote me a ticket for $33l. I refused to pay him and he unplugged the part and demanded $65. I paid him and he ran out the door. If anyone in my town reads this... Do not use Sears for any repairs, they are very dishonest and will rob you just as they robbed me without a gun. If anyone knows how I can recover my $65. That they robbed and stole from me, please advise. PS: Frig was repaired next day for $45. Part and works like new now.
