Refrigerator Relay Repair Cost Over $300 for 10 Minutes Work

Had my refrigerator fixed for over $300. It was a 10 minutes work of changing a relay. They charge $98 parts that can be found for under $40 online, and the labor of 10 minutes costed me over $200. It's so unreasonable. I will not buy Sears appliance in the future again.
