Chase Total Joke

I am a banker trying to refinance a customer and can't get a payoff from Chase... They gave my title gal 3 different numbers and then told me they would put a rush on and get it to me within an hour... Didn't happen, so my closing will not happen again... I have been on the phone with 3 or 4 different people and to no avail... Got cut off twice after being on hold for 5 or 10 minutes. I work at a bank... I know if I want to that I can get a payoff to someone in a matter of 10 minutes... They just don't care. It's there mess up and they won't do anything to fix it... Just like robots, they all tell you the same thing.
