Runaround on modification, no one with authority to act

We are getting the run around from Chase home remodification. We would like to work with someone who has some authority to get something done. Each person I speak to within the Chase organization doesn't have all the facts to get anything accomplished. It is clear that Chase's attempt to "help homeowners" is a scam, they are only adding salt to the wound they created. Please contact me to get this resolved, we are looking into hiring an attorney to get some resolve.
