Lowes: terrible customer service - faux wood blinds

I went to Lowes in Omaha, Ne located on 144th and maple and needed blinds. I could see the blinds that I needed in brown and asked an associate to help me find them in white. He said, "beats me" and tried to walk away. I said before you go, they are clearly here I just need the other color that this label says your store offers. He said, "I think that is a special order so you could just look for another kind." He was clearly hoping I would go away. I then asked another person to help me and they said that I should just get vinyl because that was right there. This is unnacceptable!!!
