Lowes and Levlor shades operate an advertisement stating if you purchased $125.00 value of shades that lowes might deliver a $25 gift-card for you. On August 20th I submitted ALL necessary paperwork inside the correct time period.By 11/17/04 after I examine it online it claims its in running. I've delivered many emails to no avail.
Its a fraud!
