Bought a set of verticle blinds at Lowe's after spending one hour installing them, found the device that opens and closes the blinds was broken. Called the manfacture, Style Selections, they advised nothing they could do, my only recourse was to return to Lowe's for another set of blinds. Very unhappy with the quality of the blinds.
