Over a month ago I bought window shades from Lowes. The shades I picked out were to be cut in the store and installed the next week. Problems: 1. Lowes failed to note on the order that the shades were to be delivered. 2.installer came but had not picked up the shades; had to go to the store to pick them up. 3. Three of the blinds were damaged when cut, but Lowes had failed to check them before sending them out so there was another delay. 4.installer called again to set up time to bring out the 3 replacement shades. Then he called Lowes and said that they had been "lost". Another delay. 5. Now it is a week later and I am still waiting for the 3 shades to be installed. The shades were purchased on 7/6. Today is 8/15 so it has been six weeks.
