My husband is an Installer Accused of mismeasuring some shutters, He did not. We're talking over 2,000 > they expect him to work for free until its paid

My husband has been installing for Lowes for about 2 years. He is the type person who does a job and does it well. His priority is to please the customers first and foremost. He is honest and truthful in every aspect. He was sent to measure for some plantation shutters and the measurements went to Home Decor where they ordered the blinds. When the blinds came in they weren't the right size. My husband went and remeasured the windows and came up with the same measurements. So the new ones were ordered and they fit. The job was assigned to him and they gave the installation ($700.00) to another installer Now they say they can withhold any pay until the price of the shutters is paid. Lowes had to pay for them since they were special ordered. So they expect him to work with no pay and we lose everything.installers beware!!
