Ordered a special order blinds from Levolor but turned out that the rod was an inch longer. I was informed by Lowe's that Levolor will only credit the customer 50%. I called Levolor and I was informed that a full credit was approved to the customer. I called Lowe's store manager and he claimed that he called Levolor and therefore 50% credit still stands. Now after he spoke with Levolor I called myself to confirm and now I'm being told by Levolor that I was misinformed! Worst customer service, been a Lowe's customer for a long time and now because of a simple mistake I have to reorder and pay an extra $200 which is during this economic hardship, it was not in my budget. Lowe's just lost a customer for at least trying not to work with the customer.
