Lowe's Extended Service Plans
Extended Service - Troy Built Snow Blowe

Three years ago I purchased a esp from lowes that was supposed to be a 3 year extension of the manufactures warranty. My product comes with a two year manufactures warranty and now that I am in need or repairs I am told that the 3 year extended service plan runs concurrent with the manufactures warranty. When I purchased the warranty I spoke with the store manager and the regional store manager from lowe's. All assured that my total coverage was 5 years total, turns out that the people selling the warranty, including supervisors, are either untrained or simply deceptive in their knowledge of ESP from lowes.
