Waste managment missed picking up my trash three times in a month and wouldn't credit my account - WASTE MANAGEMENT / GARBAGE PICK UP

Waste management should be reported by all their customers. I used their service for almost 20 years. Missed picking up my trash three times in a month and said they might be able to credit my account $2. They missed picking up my trash again, I called and they said they would send someone out only to recieve a call thirty minutes later saying they would pick it up next week! That's four times in a month they missed picking up my trash. Then they said that they cut my service off in December because my payment was late in September-but they reieved payment November 30th... They never contacted me to say that they were cutting off my service and I was paid in full. The most deceitful company I have ever dealt with.
