Rude, Un-professional, Trash in Lawn

Waste Management is the the worst possible company for trash removal. This driver came up to my wife and had stated that he was not going to dump the garbage anymore. He was rude, unprofessional and left half of our trash that as in our container in our yard! I called the Customer Service line FOUR times in one day, and got nowhere. The Reps stated over and over that they were so sorry that this had happened and that they would contact the driver and supervisor. Did not happen. It is 6 hours past the garbage pick up time, and the garbage is STILL in my yard. I am NOT going to pick up the garbage as it was NOT MY FAULT, the garbage needs to be picked up BY THE DRIVER THAT DID THIS, and also needs to be FIRED!!! This company should be SHUT DOWN!!! Horrible service, period! DO NOT GO WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT. Spend the extra money for a LOCAL company!!!
