Waste Management provides the worst service ever!

For the past month of July, I have been calling and complaining to Waste Management about their service. My trash is not being picked up, even though they send me a bill for their services. Every time I call them, it takes them at least 20-25 minutes to locate my account because of incompetent people that work there. I have screamed at them and threatened to contact local media, nothing works. They promise to send someone to pick up my trash later, and that never happens. I honestly do not know what to do anymore and who can protect us, CLIENTS??? From them???
