Refrigerator delivery missed with no call, ruined Saturday

Refrigerator delivery was set up between 10 and 2 on a Saturday. No show, no call.

- We called at 3 PM and were told it would be 4:45. No show, no call.

- We called at 5:15 - closed, no one will answer. Ruined Saturday.

- Monday morning - no call.

- My wife called at 12:00 PM and was told it was already set up for delivery Tuesday between 12 and 2.

- I called the store at 6 PM to schedule the first delivery in the morning and was told they can't do that. She said the delivery people did not even have it on the truck Saturday, and she could not answer why, but they will call one hour before delivery (I guess like Saturday - they chose not to deliver, so they did not call).

- This is my last Home Depot purchase (the same happened with a washer/dryer). It's now shame on me. Lowes, here we come.
