Delivery Service... The Worst in the world - May

Puchased Washer/Dryer from Sears Outlet and paid for an Evening Delivery. 3-times I scheduled a evening delivery and ech time they call me in the afternoon to inform me "I'm at your house". The fourth time a I scheduled them to deliver Saturday Morning, they called me friday night and told me it was an Evening Delivery. Enough was enough! I cancelled my purchase and went to the competition. If you advertise a service, then live up to it.
