Evening Delivery Paid For but Driver Called Afternoon, Purchase Cancelled

Purchased Washer/Dryer from Sears Outlet and paid for an Evening Delivery. 3-times I scheduled a evening delivery and each time they call me in the afternoon to inform me "I'm at your house". The fourth time a I scheduled them to deliver Saturday Morning, they called me Friday night and told me it was an Evening Delivery. Enough was enough! I cancelled my purchase and went to the competition. If you advertise a service, then live up to it.
