Washer and Dryer Delivery Confirmation Never Received

Great experience purchasing the dryer... Horrible delivery service. I never received any confirmation of delivery the night before, as the instructions said I would. The automated delivery system stated a delivery time of 4:15-8:15 p.m. when I called the delivery number the night prior since I never received a call.

I tried to reach an operator to see what happened to the delivery. No luck... They were closed.

At 8:17 p.m. I finally got an automated call saying the delivery would arrive in the next 30 minutes.

I will highly consider this next time I purchase any appliance from Home Depot. I bought my washer/dryer at the store down the street from HD HQ. I figured you would at least get better customer service that close to home.
