Waiting and waiting for Home delivery of washer/dryer - LG washer/drye

Great experience purchasing the dryer... Horrible delivery service; never received any confirmation of delivery as instructions said I would the night before delivery. Automated delivery system stated delivery time of 4:15-8:15pm when I called the delivery # the night prior since I never received a call.

Tried to reach an operator to see what happened to the delivery. No luck... They were closed.

8:17pm finally get an automated call that delivery will be arriving in next 30minutes.

I'll highly consider this next time I purchase any appliance from Home Depot. Bought my washer/dryer at the store down the street from HD HQ. Figure you'd at least get better customer service that close to home.
