Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator Delivery Delayed in Pinecrest

I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Home Depot in Pinecrest, FL. What a terrible experience it has been. They attempted to deliver to an incorrect address and then told us they could not deliver to us for another week. We had already disconnected our refrigerator, and I need one to keep my medication under refrigeration.

It did not bother one person, from the Store Manager, Donald, to the Home Office Complaint Department, Daniel. The delivery company was totally indignant. My items were delivered today by the "Keystone Cops." That is a story in itself. It has been a total fiasco.

Once customers purchase items from Home Depot, Home Depot is no longer concerned about them. Now I know why Home Depot is in financial difficulties: by treating their customers the way they do, it has finally caught up to them. Lowe's, here I come!
