I lost my job on 7-11. Was laid off due to the economy. I then cancelled my landline and internet to reduce costs. Sometime between Feb and Apr. ATT offers the internet for 19.95 for 12 months in order to get back with them. I agreed. From that time on every month instead of charging 19.95 per month, they kept charging 47.95 for the internet. I had to call them everymonth to get the credit. Finally in October of when calling once again trying to get my credit for their over charges they offered a better plan according to the agent. 4 call phones, internet dsl, for app. Only 130.00 a month. My minutes went from 1500 to 700 day time minutes. The agent stated that I should not ever have to call again to get my credit, because since it is a new plan, it should fix itself.

I paid October's bill as I have for more than 10 yrs of being their customer. On 12-30-11, at 2:06 pm I called ATT because once again, they overcharged me for my internet bill. Also I was way past over my day time minutes. After being on the phone for nearly 40 minutes, I learned that they were charging me day times minutes for customer service. 45 cents per minute. From 2:06pm to 6:30pm I was on the line with ATT. I went through about 8 or 9 customer service agents who kept transfferring me from dept to dept, because of their "inabilty to look up internet account info if they are the wireless dept. Yet, they got me on a bundle deal. Finally the last agent I spoke to Naya Bay, customer relations dept. Works out a whole new deal with me and even wiped out my debt. Problem is that they still cancelled my internet for the weekend and when I called ATT for help, they cannot even tell me if Naya Bay works there.

According to their agents I spoke with today, there are no records of me even speaking with a Naya Bay. I documented the entire conversation and even have detailed times of who I spoke with and some of the agents would not give id operator name and number but some did. Help please.
