Bundle With AT&T Caused Extra Charges and Lost DirecTV Service

I went to direct tv after Time Warner kept jacking up their prices they talked me into bundle survive with AT&T. All was well and then AT&T started adding misc chargesbto my bill every month. My bundle service epwas supposed to a little over 100.00 dollars with the pun bill being 26.00 & the internment being 20.00. Direct tv bill was 70.00. Never happened my bill was always 160.00 at the highest 209. That was when I cancelled the phone, kept the Internet which by the way was 40.00 now because I cancelled the bundle package. What a rip off. I immediatelybcalled direct tv to downgrade the plan. The phone service was cut off.

I had the internet going after sveral calls back to AT&T. I paid the April bundle bill, but got home today and there is no direct tv service... internet still up. I called direct tv and a very fprude customer service rep spoke to me Ike I was 5 and kept telling me he couldn't do anything because at&t cancelled my service.

I advised him that first we paid the bill and if I cancelled at bundle service and activated a new plan with direct tv how could AT&T cancel my service. I finally hung up because he would. Ot let me speak to a manager. Of course I got no where with at at&t. I absolutely hate AT&T and direct tv tis no better. They say anything to y sucker you in but nothing once you become their customer. I am currently with t mobile but now since AT&T bought them out... I will be looking for a new cell phone provide as well. Nobody has anything good to say about AT&T. I will never ever do business with AT&T or direct tv again. I have learned my lesson and I guarantee that t mobile aims direct tv will loose so many loyal customer due to AT&T having the worst repose with customers. In other words lay down with dogs and be prepared to get flees.
