I got a new year upgrade with Tmobile I got the GARMIN fone. What a shock the phone was defective. All they could do was send me a replacement phone. Hey i earned my 2 year upgrade i wanted the phone i wanted not some phone they decide to give me. After about 2 weeks of dealing with this matter. I went straight to the BBB. I was then contacted my a supervisor from the office of the president of tmobile. She stated i could get my 2 year upgrade back and once i got my new phone that would be followed my returning defective phone and replacement phones back to their PO box. However thats not how it went I was then told I would be able to get a new phone until returning both phones back. Now I have no phone and still paying for the services i could NOT use. The countless hours and days i spent dealing with this matter for a month. I finally was able to purchase my new phone the mytouch 4g In March which cost me 227$ 22$ of that went towards taxes. Now i agreed to equipment installment plan of 45$ 3 payments of 15.00$ Now I waiting for my phone and low and beyond it was never sent out because and i quote "they didnt have anymore left" it took another 2 weeks to receive my phone. My down payment consist of 1 of 4 payments

I made my first payment of 15.00$ in May. My second payment of 15.00$ in June my 3 payment of 15.00$ July. Now thats 4 payments of 4. They are still charging me an extra 15.00$ for August. I have paper billing statements that are sent to me stating something completely different that what customer care tells me and my online billing statements say. Not only did i find months of discrepancies in my billing statements. I also found the other equipment installment plan on my account was over paid by 50$ I cant stress this enough I HAVE PROOF of all this indiscretions. I also must mention when i called customer care to have this issue resolved before i found all these inconsistent billing statements i was locked out my online account and my billing statements have been changed (I have copy's of all this) Now at this point tmobile is violating a sign contract which they sent me. For this trouble with tmobile as caused me nothing but emotional distress and countless hours and days of complete run around. No one from t mobile is willing to help me with this matter. At this point its not about the money its about the principle of the situation. A company CAN NOT take advantage of their loyal customers ANYMORE. This has been nothing more of a never ending hassle with this company in which i make my payments on time to get horrible service and the phone does even work right.
