T-mobile Horrible customer service and disputes with phone bill whereve

I don't even know where to start, i as a customer am so fed up with tmobile and dealing with them its rediculous. First of all, i have been a customer with them for many years and things have just gone done while the prices have been going up, when you try to call customer service, you can barely understand them, sometimes i even have to hang up and call back because their english is so bad. Also i recently upgraded my phone to a droid which said $199 on the tag, so after "taxes and fees" i paid $403 and 3 installment payments of $39.99

So i still dont know where they got that price from $199 to that. Its been over 6 months and im still paying for it $39.99 a month extra on my phone bill. Everytime ive called customer service, they always say "this month is your last payment and to go to the store where you bought the phone because it shows that its paid off already and customer service has no power to look into that. So after driving to the store, they said there are only 2 more payments left and. It is absolutely not my job to have to call them all the time and waste my gas to drive to the tmobile store to figure out what scam theyre puling on me.
